How to swap a cartridge
Leave the filter on the faucet. Twist off the bottom cap, pull out the used cartridge, drop in a fresh one and twist the cap back on. Then turn on the water.

Chlorine
Cl₂Utilities add chlorine to tap water to kill germs. It keeps water safe to drink, and it also reaches your face every time you wash.
Chlorine can strip skin of its natural oils, leaving it dry and sensitive.
Chlorine can change how tap water tastes and smells, including the water you brush with.

Chloramine

How often should I replace my Helios sink filter cartridge?
Helios recommends replacing the cartridge every 4 weeks, or after 30 days of daily use, for the best water quality and filter efficiency.
How long does each pack last, and what does a filter cost?
For one sink, the 2-Pack lasts 60 days, the 4-Pack 120 days and the 12-Pack 360 days. Bought one-time, that's $14.50 a filter for the 2-Pack and 4-Pack and $13.67 for the 12-Pack. On a subscription, your first box is 20% off ($11.60 a filter), then $14.50 a filter.
I have Helios on more than one sink. What should I order?
Each sink uses one cartridge every 30 days. For two sinks, a 4-Pack lasts 60 days and a 12-Pack lasts 180 days.
Will these fit my filter?
These cartridges are for the Helios Sink Filter (white or black). The Helios showerhead uses its own shower filters.
How does the subscription work?
Choose 2 filters every 2 months or 4 filters every 4 months. Your first box is 20% off, and each delivery after that is billed at the regular pack price. You can skip a delivery, pause, change or cancel your plan anytime from the "Manage Subscription" link in your order email or from your account. No need to contact support. To avoid an upcoming charge, cancel at least 3 days before your next billing date.
What does the cartridge do?
Its Vitamin C neutralizes chlorine and chloramine. Its sediment filter catches dirt, rust and other particles, which you can see on a used cartridge.
Can I drink the filtered water?
Helios is made for washing your face and brushing your teeth. It isn't intended for drinking water.
Can I use it with hot water?
Warm water is fine. Helios's care guide says to keep the water under 100°F and the pressure under 40 psi, and not to run the faucet at full pressure.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. Orders ship within the United States and are processed in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more.
