We have a 30-day return policy! Helios Filter is guaranteed to give you your best skin and if you don't like it, we'll take it back no questions asked.
If you are having difficulty with installation, please reach out to us at support@heliosfilter.com, and we will happily help you trouble shoot the installation.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@heliosfilter.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International Orders: Return shipping back to the USA is at the expense of the customer. Customer will be responsible for payment of the return shipping label for international orders.
Damages and issues
Please follow the below guidelines to best care for your Helios Filter system:
- Keep the water temperature under 100°F
- Keep your water pressure under 40 psi. Do not use the maximum pressure your faucet outputs, but just enough to the point where the pressure is still coming out of the Helios Filter system at a comfortable level
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Subscription Cancellations:
Subscriptions can be canceled immediately through the self-serve customer portal.
Email requests are processed within 1 business day.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
