Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Helios Filter, you will receive recurring product deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored, and you will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval until canceled.
Cancel, Pause, or Modify Anytime
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time, with no minimum purchase requirements or commitments.
- Self-Serve Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" link found in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account. Contacting customer support is not required to cancel.
- Cancellation Timing: To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be completed at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date.
If you need assistance, you may contact us at support@heliosfilter.com, but this is optional and not required to manage or cancel your subscription.
Billing & Changes
Any changes made to your subscription (including cancellations, pauses, or delivery frequency updates) will apply to future orders only and will not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.

We aim to resolve subscription, cancellation, and refund requests quickly to prevent billing issues or disputes.
Support Response Time:
We respond to all subscription, cancellation, and refund inquiries within 1 business day.
Subscription Cancellations:
Subscriptions can be canceled immediately through the self-serve customer portal.
Email requests are processed within 1 business day.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
