I love the way that you can see what it is filtering out of the water. My well water has a high iron content and this picture is from the sink I use daily to brush my teeth and wash my face. This is after only one month!
This filter is saving my skin! NYC water is so dirty. After 1 month of use my filter was almost black and clogged up decreasing water pressure. Once I replaced the filter the water pressure came back to normal. My only con is that the filter is clear and you can see how gross it is. If I would have been aware of this I would have gotten the black one that you can not see through.
I was shocked after checking the filter after 30 days! I thought it would still be white and mostly clean since we just moved into a newly built home and have new sinks and everything - NOPE! Doesn’t matter when the water quality isn’t top tier & sadly it’s not pretty much everywhere. Using Helios has given me more peace of mind not only what I’m cleaning my skin with but the water I brush my teeth with too! Definitely will be repurchasing!
We love Helios sink filter because it’s small enough to not take over the whole sink. It’s also really nice to be able to see the filter and know when it needs to be changed. You can see what is in your water and it really has improved my skin. A key part of my skincare routine now as an acne prone girl!
My fiance was looking for some way to filter our bathroom sink water, as we live in a valley where the water is a bit harsh on the skin. She found this product through social media and showed me and we bought the kit and found the right adapters (only particular thing that takes some thinking involving this, depending on what type of faucet threading you have). Got it setup asap and have been loving it since. Already bought 4 more filter replacements! 10/10 will continue to buy more!
I was looking to up my skincare & the realization struck that by switching my, frankly disgusting, bathroom faucet filter for this one I could easily achieve that. I’ve found that I’ve had less breakouts and am very pleased with the results.
I was so excited to try this filter once I found it. When I received it I had issues with installation and reached out to customer service. They were wonderful and walked me through everything to try. I had to get an extra part to fit my faucet and they covered the cost. I finally was able to get it installed with no issues and it's been awesome so far! I'm getting used to the new pressure but the water feels soft and clean. It's only been a few days so I haven't really seen any skin changes yet, but I'm very hopeful! It's definitely such an improvement over tap water!
The water pressure is amazing, and the filter works like a charm. I love knowing that when I wash my face, my skin isn't being filled with toxins! It has helped reduce inflammation and breakouts on my skin :)
I just changed the filter and am shocked my water was so filthy!! Cannot believe I was washing my face and brushing my teeth with all that crud! Best filter ever!

Super simple installation, less obvious look than I was anticipating(which is a pleasant surprise), also I’m pretty sure it actually improved our water pressure somehow -when I was expecting the opposite! ….annnd we can already feel a difference in the water on our skin! Overall very impressed, looking forward to the long-term results of finally getting these!!
Absolutely love the Helios filter and from the second I installed it which took a few minutes not even, I could see a a world of difference in touch and feel of the water plus it made my water pressure incredible. The water feels 1000x better and I can see the results on my skin already I’m no longer getting razor bumps from shaving my head. Telling everyone about this product and how amazing it is!!
This filter is so nice! It looks good in the bathroom and installed so easily! The water stream is also nice!

I’ve had bad acne my entire teen life then hormonal acne in my 20s. Finding this filter was the best thing for my skin! My hormonal acne gone away. The filter filters out so much gunk that I no longer smell “tap water” when washing my face. Best investment!
I ordered this filter to replace another popular name brand filter. The other filter was bulky and hard to clean. I like that this one simply screws on and off for easy cleaning and filter changes. I also like that I can see the water going through it. I can easily see what the filter looks like and when it’s dirty. I was able to get it on sale, so I got one for both of my faucets. I can already tell a difference in my skin. It’s also probably better for oral health as well. I can already tell a difference after only a few weeks of use.
This was such an easy installation process, unlike another brand I had ordered from preciously. The water comes out so soft and luxurious feeling, but the water pressure remains strong. I really enjoy this filter!
Literally has given me the glowy, clear skin I’ve always wanted! I did all the skin care before getting the filter, but now I’m getting EXACTLY WHAT I WANT since using the filter! It’s like a magic serum!
It’s a little alarming how dirty these filters get, but makes such a huge difference in my skin and helps my skincare actually WORK. I love how compact the filter is to still provide an esthetic clean feel and it definitely does the job. The picture is after about 4 weeks! So essential to everyone that doesn’t have a whole home filtration and a life saver for me as an apartment resident. 10/10
Over time chemicals in water, products that we apply to our skin , damage the skin barrier so it can no longer do its job properly. Sometimes all you need to clean your skin is clean water, especially for babies that have brand new, perfectly healthy skin . No need to use detergents soaps to wash them, just frequent washing with pure water after soiling.
I thought i was cleaning faucet but i was not. All the build up was too much. Happy i made the switch.
You can see the difference as the filter gets dirty, and you can taste the difference as the water doesn’t taste like chlorine. Very good product. See photo for old filter versus the one I was replacing it with after about 1.5 months of use on city water.
